What is Intermittent Hypoxia-Hyperoxia Training (IHHT)?

IHHT is a physical and mental soothing maintenance modality based on alternating hypoxic and hyperoxic environments. It cyclically delivers hypoxic gas (9%-16% oxygen concentration, simulating high-altitude environments of 3,000–5,000 meters) and hyperoxic gas (30%-40% oxygen concentration).Regular exposure to alternating hypoxic and hyperoxic environments relieves metabolic fatigue caused by oxygen supply fluctuations in the body, helps sustain daily physical vitality, and eases feelings of bodily heaviness and mental exhaustion in daily life.No exercise is required during the session.
